Story

I come from a family full of Tailors. My grandfather began
his own Tailoring business 1970 and my parents used to
run clothing factories until 2010.

I was born in a business moda and raised in the
factories up until when my family closed down the company.
That was when globalisation became bigger ,
most of moda production factories left Italy and shifted overseas.

That was the moment I left Italy and
I decide to become a Chef overseas.

That’s what I am now...
A Chef Immigrant.
This is my Chef brand.

In honour of generations before me.
