What is Food Therapy?

Food Therapy uses cooking as
the means of communication,
expression, mindfulness and solidarity.

Many of us feel lonely or depressed,
not able to cook and eat crap food,
have a difficult time opening
up to strangers or even our
closest family members or colleagues.

When a person has the possibility
to connect with the food, and
the ability to relax and engage in
something mindful, creative,
fun and inspiring, they have
the ability to feel freer,
more vulnerable,
honest and ready to connect.
